1. Acceptance

Access to and use of the site brynexovalar.com implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points described here, please do not use the site.

3. Description of the service

Brynexovalar offers a technology platform for real estate crowdlending that connects individual investors with developers of residential projects, refurbishments and urban works in Argentina. The platform acts as a technology intermediary and does not guarantee economic returns.

4. Investment risks

All investment in real estate projects involves risks, including but not limited to delays in the execution of works, variations in construction costs, regulatory changes, illiquidity of the investment and possible partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Each investor must assess their profile, risk tolerance and ability to contribute based on their financial situation.

5. User obligations

The user undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information, not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to respect the intellectual property of the site and to comply with the Argentine regulations applicable to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

6. Intellectual property

All the contents of the site, including texts, images, trademarks, logos and designs, are the property of Brynexovalar S.A. or are used under licence. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

7. Limitation of liability

Brynexovalar S.A. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from investment decisions made by users. The information published is informational in nature and does not constitute financial advice.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the site.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
